Zoom is a communications application that allows users to set up virtual video and audio conferences, webinars, live chats, and screen-sharing.
After testing various other video communication apps, we decided to move forward with Zoom. We liked the live auto-transcription function and found that Zoom is more user-friendly than other apps. All project communications between team members, project advisory committee members, and participants take place over Zoom.
